Technology summary
This invention is a patient interactive motion management system to deliver audio-visual biofeedback to control breathing during radiotherapy. This is a wireless device that is web-based, therefore allowing the use of various devices to deliver biofeedback. This system allows patients to view their biofeedback and make adjustments in breathing patterns to improve both treatment outcomes during radiotherapy and medical imaging. To the right is a diagram representing the flow of information from a separated control room to the treatment room.
